What we think about helps determine who we are. The more we focus on truth, beauty and light in ourselves, others, and the world around us, the more adaptive and resilient we become, and the more effective we can be as agents of change in a world that can be very false, ugly and dark. I strive to capture elements of truth, beauty and light in a way that makes them more visible and discernible.
